Our cruise to Cozumel is over, and our ship made its way back to the mouth of the Mississippi River. The weather is fresh and crisp this morning:Could it be? Yes! It’s New Orleans!We disembarked and enjoyed the walk back through the parking lot to our car. We made our way through town, and I was able to grab a few more snapshots.

It’s where the thousands of people tried to find shelter. Note the large levee in the foreground:The weather looks good for our trip back home. We’ll make one more quick stop before then.
